Daily boarding charges start on day of check in and are charged for every night your pet is with us.

We require verification of an acceptable flea control being applied or given and is still within its efficacy period. If your pet is not current on their flea control, a single topical dose will be applied for an additional fee. The box must be brought.

Pet parents may bring their own food packaged individually as meals (1 meal = 1 bag) or pets will be fed Hill’s Science Diet dry food twice daily.

Medications may be administered or applied for an additional fee of $10 per dosage.

TWIVH only accepts spayed and neutered pets for boarding.

A full day’s board is charged for the first and last day no matter what time the pet is admitted or released.

Special admission/discharge appointments are available 7 days a week for a nominal fee.

Personal items may be left only at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage. We recommend you take all leashes home.

TWIVH cannot guarantee the health of any animal, but pledges to give appropriate care to all boarded pets.

Geriatric pets or pets with medical and/or surgical conditions may require an examination or treatment before boarding.
