    My little dog needed follow-up care after a weekend emergency visit. My dog started having seizures. The staff was kind, attentive and very professional. The clinic itself was clean and well organized. They are clearly very busy. Dr. Lorie was very thorough in her examination. She explained everything very carefully to me. I was very impressed that they took the time to obtain my dog's records from the emergency visit and her regular Vet's Clinic. I drove more than an hour and a half to have her seen by Dr. Lorie. I'm so glad I did.

    Dr. Jane Lorie has been our Vet through elderly cats passing, trying to just keep the 2 older pets as comfortable as possible as they age. And our 2 year old dog benefits from being seen yearly to catch anything that might make him ill. We have had the pleasure to enjoy her care and excellent staff for about 7 years. She really wants to help ALL PETS ! Her whole heart is for the health and comfort for every animal she treats. And does not treat.

    Our dog is highly anxious and reactive to unfamiliar surroundings, and we have been looking for a family style vet since we moved into the area. Unfortunately all we had found were the large corporate style establishments that sell a fancy shiny office and a factory style approach to getting your pet in and out.

    One of our neighbours recommended Tail Wag Inn after we described our frustrations and we have now had our second appointment with Dr Lorie. They are an absolute breath of fresh air - more concerned about our dogs wellbeing than absolutely anything else and working with us to achieve the best outcome.

    Absolutely love this team of veterinary professionals and can’t recommend them highly enough.
